Vintage Coleman Green Metal Band Top Cooler Ice Chest 1960’s 70’s Latch Bottle

Vintage Coleman cooler ice chest. Green metal band and lid with a plastic bottom. The lid seals great, drain plug is intact and works. There is some light stains on the inside but no odors, scuffs on the bottom as expected, dings and scratches on the metal, there are cracks/holes in the outside plastic but it still works good and does not leak. This is a used but not abused ice box cooler. Bottle openers by each side handle. Measures approximately 24″ wide, 12.5″ tall and 15 deep outside dimensions. Manufactured In the 1960’s or early 70’s I can’t make out the date stamp for sure. Made in the USA. Please view all of the photos as they also serve as part of the description. Vintage Frostie Root Beer Aluminum Metal Cooler 1960’s 70’s Airstream Restored

This was an old cooler I restored and converted into a “Frostie” cooler. The cooler is old, but the decal is new as well as the red paint. I spent hours polishing the metal. Vintage 70’s Coleman Convertible Upright Metal Ice Chest Box Cooler Refrigerator

This vintage Coleman cooler/ice chest comes complete with the removable ice box inside. It is in good shape with some minor cosmetic blemishes. It has a bit of rust, scuffs and scrapes from use and storage. It would be great to add to any collection or weave into your decor as a conversation piece to reminice about. The internal ice box lid has a small strip missing on one corner but still sits tight on the box. When sitting the box on its side (longways) it has a very slight rock, but most would keep it in the upright position which sits perfectly.
