Exceptional early 20th century English Art Deco Copper Champagne / Wine cooler. These were often used on Ocean Liners. In copper and brass, of stylish Art Deco form. The tapering square bodies with a brass central lid, concealing an internal reservoir for ice, surrounded by four angled compartments for wine or champagne bottles. The square corners and the sleeves finished with slim brass moldings. The sides with two brass scrolled carrying handles and raised on a brass molded circular plinth.
