The hinges and handle are solid, no wobble. There are scratches, dings, and staining. The plastic interior of the lid has cracks and chips. The brackets for the shelf are intact, but no shelf is included. Overall, it’s in great condition for its age approx. What you see in the photos is exactly what you’ll receive. Dimensions (Exterior): Approximately 18″ L x 13″ W x 17 H. Material: Steel exterior with a galvanized metal interior lining. Louisville, KY on the front. This rare product is a 1950s Hiawatha Chest Cooler made by Coleman in the United States. This rare collectible decor item measures 12″ x 20″ x 8 and has a retro faux leather wrapped design. Exterior is Made of 600 lb. Test water resistant super fiber board that with ordinary care will give years of satisfactory service. Interior is an all-aluminum liner with thick walls of cellulose insulation. It is a lightweight chest style cooler featuring the Hiawatha brand, perfect for collectors or those interested in vintage pieces. Weighs under 9 lb. The cooler is in beautiful condition. Although the corners of the lid have been flattened, the lid does sit firmly on the cooler with flaps that are designed to snap to the wood handles on the sides of the cooler.
