Budweiser Beer Metal Picnic Cooler Ice Chest. This is an extremely clean and fairly rare Bud Cooler. All metal exterior (even the bottom is metal rather than plastic like the Coleman Coolers of that period). The Budweiser fire engine red paint is super bright, extremely vivid, and in great condition. This cooler is of the smaller sizes. It hold a case of beer (2 – 12 packs). The metal exterior of the cooler is in great condition as is the plastic interior. It has a nice bottle opener on the front. If this cooler was ever used, it was used lightly as it is in extremely nice shape! It would be tough to upgrade to a nicer example. I grade the Condition to be a 9++ on a 1-10 scale. For sale in our store is a very cool Coleman Steel Belted ice box, model 6150, 6155 an advertising promotion for Budweiser, dated 2004 made in the USA, Patent Pending. This unique ice box is in great pre-owned condition, there is some minor surface scuffs and scratches, a few minor dents, some of the rubber on the handles is torn away and there is some minor rust and pitting on the front latch and handle screws. The front latch needs a strong push down on the top of the cooler to open. The interior of the cooler is very clean, with some minor scuffs. 59.7 cm’s (23 1/2 inches) length, includes the handle bracket/casing. 37.1 cm’s (14 5/8 inches) width, includes the back hinges. 40.6 cm’s (16 inches) height. Weight: 7 kg 680 grams (16 lb’s 15 oz’s).
