The stock thermal paste has been replaced with Thermal Grizzly’s Conductonaut Liquid Metal. The heat spreader has been replaced with a pure copper heat spreader. This cpu has a significant (15-30°C) drop in idle and load temperatures versus a stock 7980XE, allowing for higher overclocks, cooler temperatures, and a longer lifespan.
