Very cool vintage Tartan ice chest with rare insert box! 14.5″ by 8″ by 9.5 deep. 7″ by 4.5″ by 8.5 deep. I think the insert box is maybe for sandwiches or things you don’t want to get wet from the ice? This is a really cool piece that would be awesome for your old car or truck! 18″ by 11″ by 13 and 11 lbs.

The cooler was made in 1956 and is in outstanding shape for being 60 years old. The cooler has some surface rust on the top of the lid but it is not bad. The rest of the cooler is in excellent shape with the inside being solid and very clean, the bottom shows very little wear with little or no damage. All the hinges an the lock are good and solid with only very minor pitting. The cooler is 22″ long, 13″ wide, and 15 tall. I do not think you will find a better one. I believe that you would be very satisfied with the ITEM. The items that I list, are listed to sell and there is never a hidden reserve.
