This is in Fair as shown condition with it has been well used, some surface paint wear/loss, some dents, some scratches, some surface rust and it could use a good cleaning. There is also a faint line of adhesive residue along the bottom of one side, maybe from the packaging the side opposite the plug. The plug is still connected to the chain.
