This is for one one of the above titled items. It is all original except, possibly, the inside galvanized box which says Mathis on it. Mathis did milk coolers/boxes but it could have been made for these coolers too. It does fit nicely inside the cooler! Anyways, it has some signs of age as you would expect but is in remarkable condition for its age and compared to other used ones out there.
