Description: This vintage metal Thermos Cooler is from the 1970s. It has a metal rhandle on each side and both have built in bottle openers. Some patina and oxidation/rust present on metal components. There is a plastic drain with cap that is working. The interior of the cooler is plastic and has a place that has been plugged and patched where a crack was present. One significant dent on corner as shown in picture 10 next to the ruler. Size: Exterior measurements of the cooler are approx. 28″ wide x 14″ deep x 13 tall including handles and latch. Condition: This cooler has definitely had some use due to the surface scratches and small dents on the exterior. Some wear to finish and discoloration. Also, the interior shows some scuffs and discoloration. The inside and outside may be able to be cleaned easily but some may be stained for good. Vintage Coleman Green Metal Cooler / Ice Chest

Vintage Coleman Green Metal Cooler / Ice Chest. Offered is this VERY nice, vintage Coleman metal cooler which measures approx. 23″ long x 14″ wide x 16 deep. This cooler is in excellent condition for it’s age and includes stainless steel carry handles with bottle openers in both handle cavities. The metal hinges and draw-down latch operate as designed and are in excellent condition. The drain plug is present and is not loose or damaged. The plastic bottom is a bit dirty and yellowed on the ends (from storage on a garage shelf), but there are no breaks or cracks noted. The paint is in excellent condition with just a very few minor scratches/scrapes. The main damages noted (still minor) are circled in red on the next to last pic. One is a scratch, with a slight indentation which is about. There is a very small ding on one edge (also circled in same pic). Other than those issues, there are just the usual small chips and minor scratches that would normally be expected on a used cooler of this age. Check out this retro 1950’s? Unsure if model 631, 632, or 633. Awesome ice-green hammerloid pain finish. Measures 22 inches wide, 13 inches deep, and 16 1/4 inches tall. Has the awesome penguin logo sticker, Holds The Cold. Metal clasp lid locking device. Metal handle on each side. Screw cap drain on one side. Bifold metal insert, folding divider (see picture #2) – folds both ways to adjust for different heights of items. Condition wise, it does have some dings, dents, surface wear, scratching, marks on it, and rust. The bottom is quite rusty but the integrity of the cooler is still there and in working condition. Please review all pictures to make sure the condition fits your wants. Weighs over 30 pounds by itself. Will NOT have this around long. Price will be CUT to sell FAST and FREE. This is a FINE example of this EARLY Coleman Penguin cooler model 633. 22″x13″ Across the top. Hefty 29 lb Dry Weight. Appears to be 100% original and complete. Drain spout, handles, latches and hinges are all excellent and work the way they did back in 1955. Handles are TOUGH and feel like this can still hold a lot of weight. Lid lines up perfectly. Removable tray is great.. Not bent or rusted at all. Interior is SUPER clean and watertight.. Rubber seal is EXCELLENT. Exterior is showing light, acceptable rust… Most of which can likely be removed. NO heavy rust or rot on the bottom… There are of course, some scratches, dings and dents.. Look at how well the original penguin decal is preserved… This was certainly properly stored and not used much all these years. Very gently used Green Coleman Snow-Lite Cooler with Food Tray and 2 Freezer Water Packs. Excellent condition on the outside & Near Mint on the inside. I don’t think it was ever used much. All is Very Clean. The outside size is: 18″ long x 11″ wide x 13-1/4 high. Inside dimensions are: 16 1/2″ x 9″ x 11. Bottom is embossed: US PAT. The bottom is free from any Damage.
