Worst issues shown in photos after the ruler. Crack on the liner (outside lip). Lip has some paint loss. In my opinion for its age it is in fair condition. It reminds me of a Airstream camper with a dash of Clark Griswold’s “Truckster” wagon with the fake wood metal top. No cracks on the inside liner. The plug has no issues. The handles work as should. The hinges open smooth. Sturdy enough for a retro party or it will look great for a displayed in vintage theme bar or space.
Made in the 1950s by Progress Refrigerator Co. In the United States, this original piece of advertising features the iconic red color associated with the soda brand. The Brand, Theme, and Country/Region of Manufacture aspects speak to its historical and cultural significance. Vintage cooler includes original spout, side bottle opener, and removable lid. Interior is immaculate, exterior has minor dents and scratches.
The cooler is shaped like an RV/camper. The top lifts up and there is a plug to drain water in the bottom. I could only find one other that was on the Internet, so I do not have a lot of information to go by.
