It does have some surface scratching on it and some minor small dents (in my opinion) in spots from. The top will open and close without any issues and it sits flush. The metal park that locks the top i. N place opens and closes without any issues and has a smooth feel to it. The plug that drains the water has a secure fit to it and does not leak. The handles work perfect. Unfortanetly we do not have the tray. You can find the trays online for around 20.00. The approx measurements are. 22″ x 16″ x 13.
