VINTAGE ORIGINAL “DRINK COCA-COLA” LARGE 17″ X 17″ X 12 METAL COOLER/ICE CHEST WITH TRAY AND BOTTLE OPENER. Very good overall condition in my opinion. Paint loss/scratches, still shines pretty well, no rust, no big dents, some small dings. Matches up pretty well with the rest of the inside. Original vintage condition and still presents itself pretty good. Plenty of pictures show the overall appearance. Photos were taken with a bright light so the blemishes are more highlighted then seeing the cooler in normal light. Look at them closely as they are the biggest part of the description. Vintage coca cola ice chest cooler. Exactly as found needs a light cleaning will look much better after a little TLC! Very old, this is the variation with the locking large handle. Original metal drain plug cover is here. Not perfect has a hole on one side that doesn’t go all the way through to the inner lining so this would still hold liquid or ice very well, other age wear and a small blemish on the other side, that could easily be touched up, I would leave it as it is as it still makes a cool vintage display piece! Missing the inside shelf, but this old piece would clean up pretty well-I didn’t mess with it, just pulled it from an old Pennsylvania barn. VINTAGE Coca-Cola Coke Metal Cooler Missing Tray, Bottle Opener (1950’s)

Up for offer a Vintage Coca-Cola Coke Metal Cooler, the tray is missing the bottle opener is attached (1950s). This item is used and in good condition for its age. I do see some red overspray on the inside of the lid which tells me that someone probably repainted this long ago. The outside shows some wear which provides some great character to the piece. The outside has some paint missing scratches and a dent in the top of the lid. There is some rust at the bottom edge and white and black paint splatter throughout. The lid fits like a glove, there is not rust on the inside or the inside of the lid or on the bottom, only on some of the edges of the outside bottom. This looks great as it is or would really look amazing if restored plus would significantly increase its value! The cooler rough dimensions are 17″high x 17″across x 12″wide (19″with handle), weighs approximately 25lbs. Excellent for Coca Cola collectors! This is in original condition as found. All I’ve done to it is wiped it down. It measures approximately 19″ tall x 18″ wide x 12 deep. There is no handle on the drain and it looks a little rusted so I’m not sure if the drain will open. There is 2-3 long dent on the lid. See pictures for condition. This is an extremely collectible and vintage Coca-Cola Metal Cooler from the 1950’s manufactured by TempRite Manufacturing Co. The Coca-Cola emblem in flowing lettering is embossed on each side of the cooler. Overall it is in very nice condition. These include a dent above the Coca-Cola emblem on one side, a dent on the lid by the handle, and a small dent on one of the silver metal corner pieces. These can be easily taken out by someone who works with metal if that is preferred. I always liked the way it looked so displayed it as is. These coolers are getting harder and harder to find, especially in the good condition this one is in.. The inside cooler measures 15.25″ x 10.25″ x 14.50 deep. The outside measurements are approximately 17″ x 12″ x 17. The cooler weighs approximately 22 pounds. Needless to say it is very heavy duty. Colors are still good, and it comes with the original sandwich tray. The cooler also has a bottle opener on the side as well as the drain plug. On the front of the cooler there is a metal tag bearing the serial number D 219. I have tried to research the significance of the serial number and it’s origin but to no avail. I have been told by other Coca-Cola memorabilia collectors that the coolers made by the TempRite Mfg. Are preferable since this company did not manufacture the Coca-Cola coolers for an extended period. If you have questions or want additional pictures please let me know. Vintage 1950-60s Drink COCA-COLA Metal Portable Picnic Cooler/Ice Box/. This Vintage Coca-Cola Ice Chest (Red) has all original working parts. Side flip lock lifts to allow for removal of lid, Metal galvanized Sandwich tray. In the interior compartment to keep chilled food from getting wet. Lifts in and out and nestles within body of cooler. Also threaded drainage spout on side panel with original drain cap remains intact and functions smoothly. I used them as props in vintage cars that I have collected over the year and now is the time to pass them on. Please look at photos and judge for yourself. There are scratches, chipped paint on the cooler and small dents on the cooler lid; however the Cooler is in Very Nice Shape. 16″ high; 13-1/4″ on short side;17-3/4.
