Vintage 1960s Red Metal COLEMAN Snow Lite Camping Cooler Ice Chest, Jug 5255-703. Offering a vintage 1960’s red & white Coleman cooler & matching water jug. The cooler & jug are both metal & plastic. The cooler measures approx. 23″ long X 16″ tall X 14 wide. The inside dimensions are approx. 20 1/2″ X 11 1/2″ X 13 1/2 deep. The jug measures approx. 11 1/2″ tall X 10″ in diameter. Both come in good gently used condition with papers & plastic tray in the original box. Both the cooler & jug have some mild surface scratches & minor dimples to the metal but no major problems such as cracks or damage to the plastic. Drain plugs seal & do not leak water. The bottom of the cardboard box is a little rough. Overall this is a very clean set with little usage wear. Pictures can be enlarged and will show the condition well. This vintage early 1970’s Coca Cola event cooler came from an estate sale out of Kentucky. This cooler has a lot of character with every paint chip and scratch. This is piece is not for the coca cola collector that looks for perfect pieces. It is very used. But it is still in very sturdy shape, holds ice well and has a lot of good days left in it. The table measures 41×23.5×18 inches. It does need a plug in the bottom to hold ice from dripping. Please see all photos as they are important and show details.
