Up for your consideration is this great aluminum cooler from the 1950s. It is in great condition considering it’s almost 70 years old! There are some of the normal dents, scrapes and stains that you would expect, however it’s biggest cosmetic issue is the dent in the top as shown in the last photo. I would say overall it is in very good condition. The hinges for the lid work with no damage and also the closures on the sides. There is a small amount of rust on the closures as shown in the last photos. There is some black residue around the top edge from the black rubber gasket under the lid which is deteriorating. The inside of the cooler has only been wiped out with cleaner and could probably be made to look a lot nicer. Inside dimensions are 8 5/8″ wide 18″ long and 11 high. Please look closely at all the photographs and ask if you need more of them. The drain plug does have a crack in the top where it fastens on. The outside dimensions are 19 1/2″ long, 12″ tall and a little over 10 inches across. Notice the great condition of the logos! Thank you for your understanding…….
