This is a beautiful and rare Coca Cola Cooler. It is pretty heavy. What is so cool about it is that I got it from the ORIGINAL owner! HERE IS THE STORY: They bought it new in 1955. The woman (now elderly) was traveling with her family when a two hurricanes hit Connecticut in 1955. She said they were in Jacksonville and her dad bought it because they were going home and new there was no power due to the flooding. Her aunt lived in the downstairs apartment and it was flooded almost to the second floor where they lived. They used this cooler for their food during that time and kept it for sixty years.
