Vintage 1960’s Metal/Aluminum 7 Up Soda Pop Embossed Cooler with Green Padded Top. This wonderful Authentic cooler is very large and all original. Overall in excellent condition for its age, there is some wear and marks throughout. Nothing of major significance though. The top green padding has one cut in it and some old tape marks (shown in photos) Each handle has their original red rubber coating on them and under each there is a bottle opener. I also believe I have the metal tray insert but have not located it as of yet, if I do, I will upset the listing accordingly. The top opens only when the red button is depressed, and it opens flawlessly. Around the perimeter of the top there was a rubber Gasket type of seal which has worn over time but remnants still remain. This can be taken off with some minimal work. (This is something I did not do though) I’ve only performed a quick cleaning to the cooler by wiping it with warm water, I did not scrub it at all, just a quick topical wipe. I’d imagine this will clean up really nicely if someone was inclined to get into it! Overall a really excellent example of a vintage cooler! Outside Width: 13.5. Outside Height: 16.5.
