Check out this retro 1950’s? Unsure if model 631, 632, or 633. Awesome ice-green hammerloid pain finish. Measures 22 inches wide, 13 inches deep, and 16 1/4 inches tall. Has the awesome penguin logo sticker, Holds The Cold. Metal clasp lid locking device. Metal handle on each side. Screw cap drain on one side. Bifold metal insert, folding divider (see picture #2) – folds both ways to adjust for different heights of items. Condition wise, it does have some dings, dents, surface wear, scratching, marks on it, and rust. The bottom is quite rusty but the integrity of the cooler is still there and in working condition. Please review all pictures to make sure the condition fits your wants. Weighs over 30 pounds by itself. Will NOT have this around long. Price will be CUT to sell FAST and FREE. This is a FINE example of this EARLY Coleman Penguin cooler model 633. 22″x13″ Across the top. Hefty 29 lb Dry Weight. Appears to be 100% original and complete. Drain spout, handles, latches and hinges are all excellent and work the way they did back in 1955. Handles are TOUGH and feel like this can still hold a lot of weight. Lid lines up perfectly. Removable tray is great.. Not bent or rusted at all. Interior is SUPER clean and watertight.. Rubber seal is EXCELLENT. Exterior is showing light, acceptable rust… Most of which can likely be removed. NO heavy rust or rot on the bottom… There are of course, some scratches, dings and dents.. Look at how well the original penguin decal is preserved… This was certainly properly stored and not used much all these years. It is interesting that the paper advertisement is still intact and legible on the lid, along with a flat opener. The galvanized shield easily removes and the block of ice neatly fits under it. FRANCO LAPiNi SiLVER SCULPTURE LiFE SiZE PENGUiN CHAMPAGNE BUCKET WINE COOLER

Hi, thanks for looking. This is a very rare, life size sculpture of a penguin that functions as a wine / liquor cooler or covered champagne bucket holder. This is a slightly vintage piece handmade in Italy by Franco Lapini. Franco is world famous for his high end luxury goods and one can visit his website by doing a search under his full name. This cooler has a hinged neck and the head flips back to allow for access to a opening where one can put in a full size bottle of your favorite beverage. This can also be used as an ice bucket as there is a plastic liner on the inside of this container. This is in very good condition, as a vintage piece there is a little wear which is normal and to be expected. The head flips back easily and there is a small gap, where the neck connects to the body and it is shown in the photo. If something heavy was to be put inside the head area that might close the gap but it has never bothered us. This is a VERY FUN and cute display piece as well and from a pet and smoke free home. Lapini does make one of kind pieces and special order pieces. He also retires designs as well. So this is Rare and perhaps a ONE of a KIND, but certainly if others of these exist, they do not come on the market very often, if ever.
