This is a vintage 1950s metal cooler, used but in really good condition! I cannot find a maker’s mark on the cooler. The cooler measures approximately 22″ long, 13″ tall and 13 1/2 wide. There are 2 huge metal handles (1 on each side) for carrying, a bottle opener built into the side handle (at least that’s what it looks like), a clasp closure on the front for security. There is a small chain on the inside attached to the rear on each side, so when you open the lid it doesn’t flop backwards. The cooler does have some scratches on it & it’s been used lovingly. I do not see any cracks on the inside or outside. There is a drain spout on the outside. The “checkerboard” design on the exterior of the cooler is amazing too – makes for easier clean up and looks beautiful! I apologize if my pictures are blurry. I do my best to be accurate with descriptions, but it is possible that I may inadvertently overlook something. I try to resolve any issues within 48 hours. Sometimes mistakes happen, and I would like the chance to fix any. I want my customers to be happy and return to my site in the future! I take care to package the items so you receive them in the best possible condition.
