This fan is pretty old but in pretty good condition. It was really well taken care off, and has no rust on it, but does have overall aging/patina, and some dust and build up in tight places. I did give the unit a once over with cleaner and rags. So it is mostly clean, except some buildup. It is large and heavy. It measures 29×23 for LxW. It is about 8 deep. It weighs a whopping 54lbs. The paint has faded on the backside of the blades. As well as fading/aging on other parts of the fan throughout but is not too shabby. The paint has a couple scuffs and dings. There is some light oil/grease splatter around the motor and some of the spindles. The belt is still healthy, it has a few blemishes but is still solid. The Sears Homart Cooler emblem on the front is beautiful. Check out the video view the pictures and ask questions if you have them. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE.
