Vintage PLEASURE CHEST Brand COOLER / ICECHEST that would have been manufactured in the 1950’s. Made in the USA. Measures 15″ length x 12″ width x 14 height to top of lid; weighs 13 pounds empty. The exterior is made of steel metal with a red painted surface that shows minimal scuffs & scars from past use. Pleasure Chest text on the front – stamped beneath’REG. Has the original drain cap still attached via chain. Features a 1/4 diameter steel metal carry handle that secures the lid handle to hold lid into place. On the right side a mounted bottle opener. Has a galvanized metal interior liner – clean. As well is the interior compartment 12 3/4″ x 10 1/4″ x 2 1/2 area, original Sandwich Tray, its purpose was to keep chilled food from getting wet. Is clean inside and out. Still a great cooler for picnicking, boating, fishing or other outdoor activities. Or you can always park it in your garage or man-cave.
