Vtg 28 Quart-70s 80s Red Metal Coleman Cooler Chest with Handles Camping Props

Description: This vintage metal Coleman Cooler is from the 1970s. It has plastic handles on each side. Some patina and oxidation present on metal components. There is a metal latch on the front. The bottom of the red metal cooler is a plastic trim piece that is textured. There is a plastic drain but the cap is missing and needs to be replaced. The interior of the cooler is plastic and is white/tan in color. Size: Exterior measurements of the cooler are approx. 28″ wide x 15.5″ deep x 16 tall. Condition: This cooler has definitely had some use due to the surface scratches and small dents on the exterior. Some wear to finish and discoloration. Also, the interior shows some scuffs and discoloration. The inside and outside may be able to be cleaned easily but some may be stained for good. This is shown in the pictures. Please see pictures for a more detailed, visual description of the condition.

Coleman GREEN & White. Comes in its Original Box. Made in the USA in 1981. I believe the code wheel on the bottom is saying it was manufactured in 1981. This green color is Coleman’s most iconic & famous color. Condition; not quite perfect. It’s missing the inside tray and there are some scratches and at least one small dent on the sheet metal. But overall it’s very clean. The handles slide up & down smoothly and the lid closes tightly. The drain plug opens and closes as it should and can’t be lost. Great for your vintage camping setup!
