This listing is for one double basin wash tub stand with 2 wash tubs. Galvanized metal, made by Wheeling. Vintage from the 1960’s, new old stock. Comes with instruction paper. Includes the hardware needed for assembly of the stand. Missing one of the rubber drain hoses. The labels on the wash tubs are faded and peeling off, and the tubs have some small rust spots. Overall in great condition. Ships unassembled in two boxes. When assembled the stand will measure about 22″ tall x 38″ long x 16 1/2 wide. Up for consideration is a Nice Vintage IDEAL Double Basin Wash Tub w/ Lid Rustic Country Barn Cooler Chest. In as found used condition. Has been painted a beige-brown with dark blue lid, lid shows scratches and scrapes. Inside has NOT been painted and shows discoloration and some rust, (nothing that goes all the way thru). Legs have been shortened (cut off and some type of rubber bumpers on 2 of them, looks like the other 2 fell off). 34″ wide x 25″ tall x 22 in depth. Both long ends are Marked: IDEAL. Would make a great, Planter, or Cooler Chest! Or just a Great Display Piece! Vtg DOUBLE BASIN WASH TUB Galvanized Metal Wheeled Laundry Planter Cooler

Bring an awesome bit of history into your life… This double washtub from the 1950’s-60’s is in great structural shape, though paint is chipping quite a bit on the inside. Easy to re-purpose this beauty into a fabulous planter (which is how I used it), a great cooler for parties, or innovative table base… Still has 3 of 4 original wooden wheels – fourth is more modern replacement. Two drain spigots still work, though could probably use new gaskets to seal. Paint on inside is peeling quite easily… Would probably come off in one coat of stripper. Just a small bit of rust underneath legs, but overall in great vintage condition. No original lid included – I never had one. Stand measures 32″ tall x 38″ long x 21 deep. Up for your consideration I have a vintage WHEELING galvanized metal double wash tub and stand! It has all four original wheels(please see close up picture of wheels). One tub has both original stickers and the other only has half of one. As found, love the patina on this! Please see all the pictures for the best description! So many different uses for this vintage piece! Total height is 33 inches. The tubs are 20″ x 20″. Comes with both green hoses, perfect if using this as a beverage cooler! Excellent condition and has been kept indoor of our barn, our only use was as a beverage cooler for parties.
