Rare Antique Black Metal Stoneware Water Cooler Crock Plant Stand

This is a hard to find original early 20th century antique metal stand for a stoneware water cooler (possibly from a school house). It has a coating of old black paint, but there is some surface rust showing through and some rust holes near the bottom of two of the feet. There is also a dent on the bottom edge of the small shelf underneath. There are no cracks or repairs anywhere and the stand still feels solid and sturdy overall but could use some restoration because of the holes. The total height of the stand is 27 3/4″, it measures 14″ square at the feet, and the diameter inside the top (the part that holds the crock) is 12 3/4. It’s about the right size for a 5 gallon water cooler, but could be used for a variety of purposes. Rare Antique Metal Stoneware Water Cooler Crock Plant Stand with Glass Ball Feet

This is a hard to find original early 20th century antique metal stand for a stoneware water cooler (possibly from a school house). Most of the white paint has worn away exposing bare metal that has acquired a coating of surface rust that will rub off if touched. The stand is still solid and sturdy overall with no cracks, repairs, or rust holes anywhere. All three white glass ball feet are intact on the bottom. Total height of the stand is 28″, it measures 18″ across the feet, and the diameter inside the top ring is about 13. It’s about the right size for a 5 gallon water cooler, but because the leg screws stick inward a bit and the hole might be slightly too large depending on the crock, a wooden insert might need to be added to protect the crock from damage. Vintage Metal Covered Crock Pottery Water Cooler Dispenser 2719 With Metal Stand. Description : Up for sale is a Vintage Metal Covered Crock Pottery Water Cooler or Dispenser With Metal Stand. This has a nice diamond pattern around the top and the bottom. On the front of the crock it has the number 2719. The color is white or off white. Measurements are 42 1/2″ tall x 12″ across and the top opening is 5 in diameter. It is 15 between the 3 legs and feet. Condition : This is in very good condition. There is some rust in the metal cover. Plastic spigot looks good. The crock is very nice with no chips or cracks. Needs new rubber seal.
