This vintage Polar Pak ice metal chest cooler is a rare find. With a capacity of 7 bottles, it is a perfect addition to any collection. It is a unique piece of history, dating back to the 1930s. This is an original, authentic piece of memorabilia from Universal Container Co. There is rust throughout but is still a solid piece. The latch works and hinge is sturdy. It has been repainted and used to be green. You can barely see the lid maker mark on the lid. Measures approximately 10 1/2 inches tall and 8 inches wide.

Extremely rare Polar Extra Dry Pale Ginger – Ale Bieber Polar Co. This is a unique small picnic cooler. I did a lot of research on this cooler and cannot find another anywhere online. I also contacted a few collector friends and they have not seen one before. Measures: 12″L x 9″W x 18H (to handle). Condition: 8 out of 10. Has some minor dings, paint chips and scratches. Inside of cooler is in fantastic shape. Bottom of cooler is in great shape. It is a fourth-generation, family-owned business that traces its roots to 1882. It is the largest independent soft-drink bottler in the United States. It is based in Worcester, MA and is still in operation today. 1920s 1930s vintage cooler Polar Pak Coca Cola Dr Pepper 7 bottle antique metal. Not sure what brand it is but from what i gather the green ones are Dr. Pepper, no rust holes, has some surface rust, inside is a little rustier but not rusted through, i did not clean the item it is in as found condition, the top openes and closes a little hard but it does latch and unhooks. 1920s 1930s cooler polar pak coca cola dr pepper 7 bottle vintage antique metal. 1920s-30s Polar Pak cooler / carrier It holds 7 bottles. Al Container Company in Toledo Ohio. Built-in bottle opener on the lid. This cooler has paint loss, surface rust, one dent in the side, and a couple small holes in the bottom. A little JB weld would fill them if you wanted to use it. Solid display piece and pretty scarce. I read Dr Pepper ones were mint green and Coca Cola ones were red but not labeled as such. It fits Coronas perfectly (only bottles I’ve tried).
